HS Batch 95 Though Thick and Thin

Regardless of how many friends I've meet and win, My HS Batch still the best among the rest! They are my wind beneath my wings charring! I am opted, I mean Urge to write an article about my batch here in my blog because I felt it coming from my heart that regardless of what ever happen to us, they will be there through thick and thin. And what happened last week is a living testimony that through all these years, we are here to support each other.

They may win and have new found friends as well but those friends they found (if not all) are good only for nothing, they are there for fun and excitement but for crisis and help - you will never see them even at the slightest of their shadow; comforting you or even offer help but rather; they will condemn you for that senseless act. And yes, its really proven enough that those friends are good in blabbing of what they been and up to but at the end of the day - their just simply like a bubble - evaporate when the rough times and when the good times comes; they will appear right away just like that :-)

I Just hope that our allegiance which never written in the paper but carve in our hearts will remain forever and that even in our 60's will still look for each other and laugh each other of the moments we shared. Hail to the Batch 95!

God's Purpose

Recently, something was happened. Out of fun and celebration, we did not foresee it or even think about it but it happened. It's pain to see them being there but I always believe that God has purpose of it. Or for me Things that always happened there is always something to be learned or there is a reason why it happened. Its either logical or illogical but there's always a reason. Like in my case before, I mean last October; I met an accident and eventually I realized that for what ever reason or excuses I had of not seeing or even grateful to HIM there is no way of forgetting HIM and not just that that I should be careful enough now of riding cars etc and of not just deciding if Id like to go to this place, I can go what ever I want. No, this time not anymore, I am carefully thinking and planning if the trip is worth to go or not but more than that a lot of rationalization(s) also not just for myself but also towards other people; my family, friends and acquaintances.

So I just hope that we will look that way of the things happened to us and life has to carry on. Its also a check and balance of your mentality, attitude and the way you carry yourself. Maybe its time to lessen a little bit of being too proud, boastful. Just stay being humble, simple and be grateful always to God and also to people who help and build you all the way. Well, for some Money can change them but I hope this time its not about the money but of learning and experience you had been through and with that I hope we will make us a better and helpful individuals. Amen, To GOD be the Highest Glory!

New Years Celebration and Cold Play!

Fun! Fabulous! Glamorous! Exciting! That's what New Years Celebration is all about. Me and my friends booked a hotel and at the same time bought a tickets to watch Cold Play. It was indeed a treat but it was also a restless tiring and an energy draining.

And here's my diary on that joyous celebration, Dec 31, 2011, exactly 3:00 pm we went to the hotel and checked in. Sheraton by far is really is a 5 star hotel. We asked for a late check out and the receptionist told us we can have the room till 1:00 pm. What the heck? Five star hotels standard late check out is 2:00 pm. Well, probably the girl has no knowledge about it and second it was my friend who do the talking in the Reception so let it go! Anyway we have been staying in the hotel a lot of times and 1:00 pm is okayish anyway he he he. We took a nap for while and later at exactly 5:30 we went straight to the mall where the concert venue was nearby.

Good Lord! 5:30 is not yet traffic so our ride was smooth and voila after 15 minutes we arrived in the mall. But because we were hungry, we look for some fast food who can offer sumptuous meal. Lo and behold my friends, we think the same so we headed to FOODRUCKERS, our favorite. So yummy and full, we strolled for a while coz the gate opens at 8:00 pm. 7:30 was good enough to go and queue. Finally at 8 o'clock gate opens. So excited to see the venue, we hurriedly went inside. Hmm the venue was so big so we searched for a place where we can see the whole stage and of course the cold play in real flesh. And so we got our place to stand for the last 3 hours or so, Party till wee hoursssssss!!!wotwooo. After a long hours of standing lets say two hours of wait standing, finally Cold Play is here to rock en roll!

Their playing our favorites after favorites after favorites but Paradise still the best ever they played on. Later, the countdown for NYE begun and we shout out loud, toasting and well wishing for everyone in the concert a happy new year and blessed 2012 for all of US. So great and happy feeling indeed! And here's to prove it that one joyful and tireful NY celebration.

Hapless People of CDO & Iligan - They need our help!

Cagayan de Oro and Iligan is very close to my heart. In fact, I am very familiar of every nook and cranny of there streets even until now. I was part of the culture and life of these cities way back. Thus, when I heard, read of what had happened - my hearts melt and I was so sad. Well, of the fact that these cities are not the most sinful cities if not in the world or in the Philippines.

The Wrath of nature is not justifiable but perhaps because of what people have done to the forests, mountains etc - No wonder its not the wrath of nature but the repercussion of that wrongful acts. Those hapless and Dead people are just the collateral damage of what had happened but some people are the one to blame - those corrupts who are blind of easy money and allow mining and logging companies to exploit with out small consideration of the majority and the future.

Well, I am begging you guys to please help and donate in your own small way either money or in-kind. They don't deserve this punishment but because of the fact that its happened already, what we need is yours and my actions to help and donate. 2011 Christmas Wish List:-)

Every year I made several wishes but only few is granted or even none. This year I am wishing of losing weight enormously so I won't buy any more clothes, pants etc ha ha ha ha. My wish also is to give more out of my blessings because the real essence of Christmas is to give than to blab of expecting something will give. I don't know maybe because I was not brought up as a kid of expecting something - perhaps because all my ninangs or ninongs are not based in our town so no one is giving me something except during school Christmas party. Even in school Christmas party, I am one of the least who can get few gifts. So Christmas is not really for me when it comes of receiving something.

But all through the years, God is been so good to me. So in return of His goodness, I always share my blessings (at least in my knowledge he he he) but I really did. It's always in my actions of sharing maybe with in my families or few friends only (sorry sa mga nkalimutan or taken for granted). And my last wish is I hope I can travel to europe - it may sound social but its not its just one of the countries you need to visit and explore. Well, to our filipino culture and mentality - your being social maybe because of the spectacular views as well as the clothes your going to wear especially winter but its really a mentality because when your there they have all the problems socially and economically than the other countries you visited already - they have snatchers, unemployed people who took your left over foods in McDo plus the unbearable coldness in which most of the time you cannot sustain staying out. You chilled and everything! So its just really in the picture but critically these countries are just the same as ours. Our economy is far better - they are even on the brink of recession til now.

And my other last wish hahaha is for my family to have a better health, In good condition and financially free from obligations. Thats all and may we all have a brightier, wealthier Christmas this year and years to come. Happy Holidays:-)

Visa Application - So annoying.....Racist atleast for me!

This week I apply for schengen visa in Italian Embassy. I am so excited so I headed early to the embassy office of thinking I will be the first person in the queue and voila! when I arrived there, indeed I am. Its like Im ahead of 10 minutes prior to open so I waited for another 10 minutes. Then suddenly a voice over came and asked whats my appointment so I explain and the guy let me in. Upon entering, the guy told me to wait again "Madam is not yet ready" and later on, he told me to pass through that security alarm same like in the airport and then he instructed me to go straight and wait there. I went straight and enter a small door and then inside is like an investigation room infront of you is a small cashier window.

A fat old woman is in the counter, thinking I can made her day so beautiful, I smiled cheerfully and greeted her "Bon Giorno, Madam" she just replied "Good Morning" and then, I showed her all the documents they needed. Question after question after question after question and so I answered after answer after answer after answer.

After all those deliberations etc shes not convinced. She told me to send a new documents; approved leave and stamped bank statement from the bank itself period. Yet Im not also convince of her reasons, I retort back and she replied if you will not stop I will inform the embassy to ban you from entering this embassy and so I surrendered. Upon leaving - I said to myself Racist..I dont care if she hear that as long as I express my dismay. But now I'm okey, I think they have the right to demand let's see whats store for me the next round. hehehehee:-)

Of Buying a Property

Before, I was so pessimistic enough not to buy a property especially that I am single and no plans of settling yet. Now that my siblings have their own properties, they encourage me to buy one and that's why I bought one for myself.

I dunno what's the good thing of buying a property but somehow I made some realizations now that I am getting older and wiser(char!) that to buy a property is to invest for the future and also the pride of ownership - of owning one's house and this means that I can paint the walls of my house any color I like, turn up the volume on my CD player anytime I want, attach permanent fixtures and decorate my home according to my taste. Home ownership gives me and my family a sense of stability and security.

I do not know what will be my next investment but so far Investing on Travel gives me the sense of fulfillment and happiness hahaha;-)

This is the hobby that I told you my dear followers, Very creative indeed! After researching and canvassing about DSLR camera on whats the best and durable, etc; I finally bought a Nikon DSLR camera D3100. In one of the blogs that I read and I quote that "Nikon D3100 is one of the best DSLR for a beginner". And that sums up all my decision of buying one.

Photography really push you to the limit especially your creativity. It somehow helps you how to hone your creative skills because I just know now that even you do not have that creativity yet but when you try and explore eventually it will come out. Its a matter of practice actually. Anyways, here are my sample of my photographs. Enjoy my works!

Working with a Start-Up Company

To my fans and followers, I am so sorry for not updating this blog. Well, because I was busy with my new work, secondly I had this new hobby that I cannot resist holding on and last but not the least, I really forgot that I have something that I owe it to you guys and that is of telling you what's on my mind and what's up on my personal and career life(char:-)!

Well, well anyways here's my first entry which is obviously in the title. I am like 3 months or so now with my new company and so far so good. I am little bit busy sometimes and sometimes not, my new company is new to Abu-Dhabi , its actually a start up company. But then there is a mother company that is based in US which provided the funds, logistics and the people in order for my new company to compete and survive here in the middle east. For confidentiality, I will not disclose my company's name because the nature of it is something sensitive.

Let's go to my work and the people - for a few months I really pity myself because I have a bit of loads whilst other don't have than just sit and do face book for the whole 8 hours. Its something unfair but then its their work ethics plus it infuriates me because this kind of employee is really incompetent, he even doesn't know how to operate basic excel that's why he keeps bugging and ask me how to do this and that. Shame on Him but then he is not really learning even to the point that I tell him straight to his face that I am not your teacher to teach you on how to do that, It is highly expected of you the fact that your getting 5 figures and even higher rate than me. But right now, I am okay and happy in a way because I have other colleague now who in away knows about his job and even can help me how to lessen my work through initiatives and techniques. We are team work in a way. GOD is good all the time!

And to end this entry, I can say that working in a start up company has to sides of the story, its either you lost or you contribute/help. If you have that solid experience and know your job very much, probably you can help the company how to structure the path and the process but if your just a nuisance and just got lucky ending up with this job, you will wait for something to happen because you afraid to share and contribute to the company. Also, I believe in Employee Working Attitude - even if you have a little bit of experience but if you are raring to go and do the extra mile stuff, eventually you perfectly do your job.

New Job, New Challenge

To God be the Glory! After working for about 3 years and 5 months with Halcrow, I finally got a new work and a new company. It really feels good and I am very excited to meet my new boss and my new colleagues. I really hope I can eventually blend/connect with them. Adjustment period is really one thing to consider the fact that we are from different backgrounds and nationalities. But based on my previous job Expats from Europe, UK and Canada are easy to deal with and the same thing that I'm expecting with the people that I will be working soon.

Well, It's really a new adventure and a new challenge but the best thing to deal with is to ride it well and if ever there is bumpy roads along the way then I just have to deal it with accordingly. Good Luck to me anyway:-)

Appreciating Lomography

I dunno but I guess most of us loves Photography either plain photography or taking photography as a serious art. Anyways. I just found out recently that there is a synonymous term for Photography, they call it Lomography. Lomography as per its website is a magazine, a shop or a community dedicated to analogue photography. Analogue photography means its a manual photography that needs manual camera not that what u think as DSLR and it needs a real black film back when our cameras are battery operated not digitalized. But these models of camera are enhance to suit the taste of modern times etc. Below is a sample of unique, fierce lomograph camera:

Revisiting Kuala Lumpur

This article is so delayed, I revisit my photo album in FB today and just realized that I need to blog this. Anyway, I actually plan to go Hongkong but due to time constraint, I was not able to go to HK and so I opt to go here in KL. But then, I will really need to go stop over KL as per my itinerary.

I once visited this city twice before and now after two years, things are just the same here. Well, the city is really develop way back then. Good thing of this trip, I was booked in a hotel where I haven't been so for me its interesting the fact that the area is new to me. I sauntered the whole place and then back to the areas where I am very familiar and its so refreshing remembering the old and good times when I was here way back. Anyway, cheers to the old times and welcome to the new experience of KL.

Playing CityVille

I may run out of article to blog about but the fact that I am really addicted playing this game in Facebook, I need to write this about. For everybody's information, CityVille is game being developed by Zynga Gaming Software Company who made the famous Farmville, Farmtown etc.

What makes cityville different from the other games is that If you are a visionary or maybe a frustrated urban planner/architect, you can create a city out of your own creativity. In this case your strategic planning etc will be of use here. Cityville makes me de stress from daily work and even after work. I am really hook that even late at night I am still working or planning on on how to expand my city and being creative. This game is not just an ordinary game, You have a goal to follow in order for you to attain certain level or bonus, you need to work out or cooperate with your neighbors by sending them gifts or you make a franchise business with them. In this way your City will become bigger, brighter and prettier.

This game for me will eventually your inspiration if you have the money to build houses or flats or condominiums or even if you become a city mayor in the future. It will test on how you are creative building the city, descongesting and makes it like a real one. I really love playing this game totally. Here's some print scroll of the game.

On Different Gay Mindset

Fortunately, I am not really that Gay! Why I say so because I am not a vampire looking and searching for every beefy men just to hound or suck their bloods even in broad day light. I don't agree to some doings of spineless gay bitches, Its ka-cheapan but anyway to each its own, I do not care as to how many men he suck or in bed. But to some Homosexuals, It's an honor and privilege them to count in their fingers and brag it about. But to hell with that that's why I don't friends Real Gays. They are just really out of this world and they want to be in the center of attraction.

I always believe that you can be yourself without shouting it to the world that I am Gay and please look at me. Yuck No wonder some gay racist people killed or hanged them with out mercy. It's actually about conformance - Conform to what your society dictates but of course there is always an exception to that rule because even the society obviously see it but they are just blind enough. Our society is double standard and that you just live with that. That's why Drag Queen should live and stay to a society where there is no rule, where majority are gays and that everything they do, people just don't care because in a society wherein to co-exist and adjust, they are just being simply ignored and laugh about.

In memory of my Dear Friend Camille

For the last 8 years I made several friends here in the UAE be it in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. One great friend that I have found in Dubai was a woman named Camille. She's actually my regular guest as well as her husband Kuya Vince in my previous job which I was a Store Supervisor in a major coffee shop. Thus, that's where we build our friendships.

We partied, talked anything under the sun especially Cammy. She's a talker and we have the same vibes or wavelength, likes etc. In fact, even without her husband she always come to my shop, look for me then beso beso and have a short conversation. She's really a bubbly person inside and out.

Circa 2007, when I realize to moved Abudhabi and fortunately got a hefty offer with my new job - This was the time we disconnected from each other but good thing Face Book was there na - so we communicated in FB. Then suddenly Middle of 2009 her husband told me via FB that Camille is suffering from Cancer now thus shes not replying to my message or even chats which I was dismayed and sad enough to hear that. For me she's so young and full of life - and that time still I cannot accept nor comprehend about what happened to her but then again I have high hopes that eventually she will be cured.

Then come this December (2010), I was so excited to go home. I booked my flights and prepared every thing for my departure even its a rough and tough for me esp with my career. But what can I do that's life so either by hook or by crook I need to face that adversity and Be Challenged. So, prior to my flight last Dec. 18, 2010, during those weeks and one fine Friday afternoon - I was alone in the house and I woke up very late. So what I did, I made my late lunch- I cooked, ate and browsed the internet. Then suddenly I felt someone is looking or gawking at me like a shadow looking behind me - I was really scared that time so I stopped from what I'm doing and went straight out of the house. I thought that was just my weird, bizarre feelings for that day but then I was wrong, It was start pala of my encounter with omom. And during that week, every time I'm home especially in my bed, I really felt some one is embracing or touching me because my hair skins were really moving and I even talk to him or her to stop scaring me. In fact, I told my sister & her family about it so that this ghost will moved out or vanished but then those trying weeks this Casper did not vanished instead stayed in silence and comfort me.

That Night(Dec.18) in an ungodly hour and while waiting for my car lift to pick and send me to the airport, I chance upon to browse FB then suddenly a shout out revealed from Kuya Vince Del Rosario: "My beloved Camille is in the hands of the Lord Now"- and this give me shivers and knowing more that Camille was died last Dec. 16, 2010 - It really stricken me of what I heard from other people stories about coincidence, chance encounter with the ghost and of such fate is really really True and Now I believe.

To my beloved friend Camille Del Rosario - Thank you for visiting me for the last time though I did not see you in your silhoutte or halo I really felt the sincerity of your visit, of knowing and informing me that we are true friends inspite of any circumstances either death or eternity. And that your legacy, memories and experience that you have shared with me will always reign in my heart. And I will quote Kuya Vince that "Your gone, yes it's true, but your memories will forever live in those with whom you have touched". And I'm one of those, with that I am very much honored.

Finally, I went home this Yuletide season. For the last 6 or 7 years, I have not experience celebrating Christmas with my family and finally this last year 2010 I did. It is not actually a big deal but then again Christmas in the Philippines is way way better period.

Of Wedding - This is one of the main reason why I went home this year. April & Jeff - the couple has been my friends since immemorial char! actually about 5 or 6 years now since we were flat mates in Dubai. I have witnessed their struggle from being Neophytes here to now a well-stabled career and loving couple. They have carved their own niche here thus no wonder God's Grace has been so good to them thus being blessed they have transcended once step higher their relationship by tying the knot. And it was one hell of a wedding indeed. Such Elegance, Glamour, Fun and Vekiness. I Missed Gavgav actually!

Of Vacay - Its a worthy going home last Christmas. Seeing my family and relatives is enough reason of coming home. In fact, I have been jetsetting back and fro to Manila and my home province. But I never complained because this is once in a life time chance of coming home, reunite and celebrate. Money is not a question here but tired and sleepless nights/days just to catch early flights etc. But then its part of the experience, I will never forget definitely.

Of Rampage - This year is the most eventful vacation I've ever had. Manila with lots to offer, I sauntered, discovered every nook and cranny of its Nite life Scenes from the posh Serendra to all walks of life MOA, to gay friendly Malate and to Libis Call Center haven- I have never complained but enjoy and savor every minute of it. There is so much to enjoy, celebrate in Manila. It is just I have so little time and spce

Of Going Home and Finding a New Job!

Of Finding a NEW JOB - Well, I can honestly say now that I am not afraid to be terminated end of this year. For the last three years now, I made enough outputs or let's say contributions to this project as well as to the company. Working for a project of sorts, its really hard saying goodbyes but seeing now the project has been done and only few people left like my boss JP has been terminated already, its not motivating or inspiring to work anymore. I need to move on and that is my final say.

Of Getting HOME - Thus, I am excited of going home this december the fact that after my vacay, I will look for a greenier and brighter pasture and I am confident enough that 2011 has a better future in store for me. I can't wait to see old people, friends and family this yuletide, It is my first ever Pasko in the Philippines after working abroad for the last 8 years with no savings (hahaha). Costly and yet full of joy and fun - as in! See Yah Guyz and Let us paint the town red again.

OMG! as in I've got 9 days off starting last Friday with the F1 fever till next Saturday for the Eid break. So long and yet so fun hahahaha. Anyway, what I'm going to post is all about F. Guess? of course its F1 Mania, Fever, Fanzone & Fun concerts. F1 for sure its everyone's knowledge that this is the most popular, posh etc sport of all time. Its the second time around for Abudhabi to host the Finale. And of course expect loads of fun, parties and the likes. Celebrities here and there.

Anyway, my fun journey begins last Wednesday when the segment Beats on the Beach started. The line ups are pure talented artists. One to mention - K-E-L-L-Y ROWLAND one of Destiny's child best voices. I guess better than Beyotch-e I mean Beyonce. Well, I think bodywise shes Hottier than B well toned, nice structure and very slim. For me its the best free concert I've ever had ...she all rendered my favorite songs from "I am a survivor, Independent Woman, Say my name say name no one is round U, Nelly I luv you I do, Work, Bootylicious, Commander and when luv takes over". As in I feel like I am the only person on earth dancing free from worries and all - kiver I don't care whos watching me or tracking me.

Thursday - I never thought that I'll be watching F1 this year and voila we had a ticket to the main grandstand where the real action is. As in me and my colleagues were so excited and seeing all those guys for me is a pure bliss.They are all Delicious, Yummy, Beefy, Imal, Daku, Tam-is you name all the adjectives they are all that. They were all Cakes, Candies and Vitamins to my naked eyes hahahahha ever. And at night, SEAN Paul was in the house and the crowd really love him but for me I love Kelly's performance.

We missed Friday's event because we were all drunk but it was sorely fun. Ana T rocked the house - we called our batch in our hometown with fun and laughter and what an irony they are at the middle of the wake hahaha and so Gawa Elvie Dirty the werewolf - as in she scratched my arms with her mighty koko and out of her balance she broke the folded cabinet of Heides roommate.Total disaster and fun indeed :-)

Saturday was a bit relax - We had a batch lunch again at Hadiya's Flat and recalling/reminiscing what happened last night and then we went to corniche for some Fishing and at the end of the day - we caught with small fishes. I freed my catch because shes so small that's why I ended blabbing with Elvie Dirty because she really took all those small fishes and I told her Dirty free them but shes just smiling. That is why I told her, I will never ever join with your fishing again - Ur illegal fisher Gawa! even the smallest imo paksiwhon hahaha

Sunday, the F1 Race Day - same thing last year No one want to watch with me in Corniche and so I go by myself. It was full and relax and after 55 laps finally the winner revealed and it was the same guy who made it from 2009, 2010 and 2011 - the youngest F1 driver to win this coveted price - the yummy, the witty SEBASTIEN VETTEL. I think German like him and Michael Schumacher are born to win. Glückwünsche!

It was the last day of the Abu-Dhabi Film Festival and as I about to check who win in the festival, I was shocked to know that Miral still showing as the finale film for NON-Narrative Competition. So right at that moment, I decided to go to Marina Mall and queue as expected a lot of people from all walks of life were already in line. Finally, at 7:00 PM they started selling the tickets and voila I was on the right seat over looking the whole theater and of course the larger than life screen.

I do not have to tell all about the film but all I can say is that MIRAl is a film where in it imbibes the notion that by fighting back or a tooth is a tooth formula is not the solution to this problem. Thus this fight must be waged in a mightier form or in a better arena just like what Miral did when she educate and graduated and as an International Journalist now, devoid from illiteracy, angst and islamist brainwash; she can retaliate much better now. Watching Arab Film "We Were Communists"

I am privileged to watch a documentary about "Communism" in Arab World. This is in line with the recent Abu-Dhabi Film Festival. We were communists - is the title of the film. Actually, there's a bunch of movies in line some are french, Italian, Latin etc to name a few but I chose this one because of the fact that I am living here in Arab Country (as in in flesh and blood). So I assumed that Nobody will watch the film or either just majority of Arabs. But then I was wrong, the people who I have seated with are English, Americans and Canadians. They are curious about the film and so am I.

All this years I thought that the conflicts here in middle east like Palestinian War or Lebanon Civil War etc is something about Islamic struggle or the curtail of Islam Rights of not giving them the right to live etc. but I was wrong because with in their culture or their country, there are some Idealists or Marxists would like to shape or lead their country in a better form of government with out embracing this being Muslim or dragging the issue of Islam etc. Something that they want all of their people to be fair in terms of wealth, status etc and that no one rise above from the other like Rich or Poor etc.

Anyway, about the movie, first I feel the movie is a bit boring, full of story telling and just a vivid pictures or scenery's of Lebanon -where the location of the story. Actually the movie is about five men who join the communist party during the 80's civil war and now they are reunited because one of them came back in Lebanon and as a Film Director in France he would like to create a documentary about communism why they join, why the communism in Lebanon dies or vanish into thin air and also recollecting of their pasts. Sometimes the scene was a bit blurry or maybe its the way the director would like to portray.

As I am about to sleep or go, suddenly the film showed a very heart warming and moving scene where I think its really happening until now. The scene is a chilly or freezing night in a hilly village when suddenly a large scale spotlight with an echo sound is moving right and fro and monitoring the movement of the whole village but, not by their government but by an Israeli government because this village is a boundary between Israel and Lebanon. Something that with in me as a democrat or believer of suffrage to vote, to be free etc awaken or ignite my sympathetic feelings that I cried buckets and that when I realized that was the syllogism of the movie why the narrator joined the communism party and also that is what he wants to convey that there is every logical or compelling reasons why some people join or fight for any cause or movement in this unfair world. End of the film. Around of applause followed. I hope the film wins.

Tonight, I am so lazy going to the gym and I am about to sleep when I chance upon to see this once fatty Diva in the internet. Well, Diva in the sense that she has that powerful & angelic voice being a singer. OMG! She is so THIN now! Amazing! Upon researching now about her and her lose of weight, I quoted one line from the article she is featured saying: "Well, the new mom religiously goes to the gym 5 days a week. Shes the spokesperson now for a certain product/campaign and of which the campaign is all about educating families on preparing healthy low-cost meals. This initiative is an effort to help alleviate hunger and obesity". What an effort and dedication she made just to make this thing(s) possible. A thinspiration story to follow indeed.

Anyways, interesting enough of her story that I right away; right at that moment, I get out/up from my bunk and start jumping rope coz I missed my gym ritual. But the good thing today I kept myself away from eating "RICE"- the very source of evil of my overweight. Back to the subject , Jennifer Hudson is my new thinspiration Idol now. Being a successful Singer(from Rags to Riches), Award winning Actress and now a spokesperson of ending obesity- she is credible enough to be followed and as a source of inspiration.

That Fine Week-End

Last Week-end, I had a very nice and comforting week-end although the big event that we anticipated was canceled- still it was a memorable one. And here it goes:

We booked a hotel with a super downer rate which was included of Breakfast at the Traders Hotel by Shang-rila. And true to what previous guests commented, Traders as 4-star deluxe hotel was indeed beyond my expectations. They have a very cozy, jazzy yet modern & hip lobby, A very comforting front view room and of course their courteous & cheerful staff and their services.

Friday, was our first day. Ana & I went to the hotel and checked-in. We're so amazed of the room and its facilities such a nice room overlooking the whole Shang-rila property. and then we indulged ourselves to mega lafs as in lafanggness - a Humba plus rice plus coke = Fullness! Watta day! Then, Mitzi later on joined us and then we went ahead as planned to go swimming in their pool. After we over used the pool, we went to our room and start dressing for that Tiesto concert. It was a mega blackness theme for our costume I mean the dress we wore. Sad to note that when were in the concert area - security said that it was canceled but we differ to disagree thus, we went to the back area and we saw that notice board that it is indeed canceled. Anyway, its not our lose but of course the organizer -it was sold out but then they have to make decision Fun or Safety? and they chose the later one. But still we chose FUN and thus we ended up bar hopping in Souk Al Qaryat from Sho Cho to Noodle House and then to Left Bank. We left the souk at 2:00 o'clock.

The next day me and Mitzi, indulged ourselves to what Traders by Shang-rila has to offer. First, we had our breakfast which I think the service supercedes any other hotel services. Imagine right in our table one staff service staff offered us of their breads, drinks etc and served it to our plate. Plus our table was situated infront of the beach - watta way to enjoy week-end. Then after we consumed their buffet from main course to desserts and fruits, we heed up to their Pool-Swim, Rest & Relax. Then later on 3 hours before our check out we managed to power nap and at exactly 3:00 PM we called their staff and went down ( we might oversleep and paid again for another day-kaloka!). Then after checked-out, we decided to went to Shang-rila and see their lobby and restaurants. As in one of the best lobby Hotels in AUH if not UAE. Then, we heed down and voila we love their pool, thus we stayed there till the sun set down. Funny though but we came up with an idea why not dine in some hotel outdoors and just buy shawarma or burgers, anyway we just look after of the 5 star ambiance and of course nothing else but pictures.

On Gay Lifestyle and its Competitiveness

I have been reading a lot of Blogs of famous and not so famous gay bloggers. If you streamline all their topics - it always goes down to Fitness & Fashion. And judging from their pics, it really looks like what they say or preach is true. Anyway, the topic really boils down on me. I mean, I'm always inspired by what they say; so I jot down all what I have to do to make me fit and fashionable. But reality sucks, Why? because I am so lazy especially if I am in my bunk. Once, I'm in that hypnotic piece-Plans or things to do for that day will just be in sketch and vanished into thin air. The very pig style of sleeping came into picture and then of course the gustatory side of Lafang/Eating after. So who's to blame for my incapacity to strive to be fit, and fashionista? very obvious myself. And it adds insult to injury day by day until I found out that I'm 80 Kg and going. OMG! Ano va to:-(

So at this day and age of mine, I just realized I cannot compete anymore to look fit and sexy especially on my lifestyle I mean Gay lifestyle. I rather go for that comfortable side of life of pigsty sleeping and eating. Pathetic but that's really me now- domesticated and lazy. But the funny side of it, once I am on the streets or crowds of people either mall or shops; I just do the tricks of stomach in and feel confident. Ha ha ha ha but reality, friends of mine has been saying in a daily dose "Tumaba ka, Ang laki mo na, etc". What ever!!! Maybe, a diet pills or liposuction will do! Sounds vbc to me:-) he he he

On Mining........

For the past few days, I have been waging, venting out my stand against Mining. So far, people are aware now of what is happening or I mean what is going to happen in the future. It's just really a matter of constant nagging about the issue. What ever my cousins, friends opinion(s) about the issue its theirs not mine but I will firmly stand on my own. Its my personal conviction and no one, not even my family can sway me from it.

What really saddens me is that my town mates do not seem to care about the issue. They just keep ignoring it and just go with their own personal life. That's why I ask myself if they are really socially aware or just plain stupid ignoring this issue.

Well, to some they have convinced their selves that it will boost local economic development but maybe for just a period of time. How about the long term effect to the whole community?

Anywhere in the world, places with mining sites or had been mined/exploited, there stories of their people and their environment ended with sad plight. That includes the unbearable lifetime and irreparable damages of life threatening or debilitating disease, the unrestorable denuded mountains and the tainted rivers & seas.

Actually, it's all about exploitation here. Exploitation of the environment, of the people etc. At the end of the day, these people will leave us nothing but immorality and toxic.

I just hope that for some people, life sometimes is not all about money but dignity/pride and the love for our birth place that no one should touch, exploit her instead to appreciate its beauty. Their is a lot of option to uplift poverty. One is by taking initiative, inspire to follow others and educate your self. In life now there is endless possibilities and opportunities, it's a matter of action and getting it.

If William 'Yummy' Baldwin will ask me what is my biggest indulgence? well, that would be for sure Travel. I was fascinated traveling when my cousins & childhood friends introduce me this hobby(char) two years ago. It's costly but the memories and experience will be forever. Traveling gives me the idea that the world is beautiful and you need to explore in order for you to understand people their way of life, their culture and most especially their place.

Conde Naste Magazine my travel bible, gives me a lot of insights about traveling and thus I have made my lists of exotic places to go. Probably not this year but I love to conquer this piece(s) of Paradise someday somehow.

First on my list, is Hvar, Croatia. My Aunt Lucy based in California told me that this is really a beautiful place. If you love sun, sea and mediterranean-relax setting, this is the city you are looking for.

Next stop, is Belek in Turkey - its also a resort city where relaxation and chill is the name of the game. Located in the southern part of Antalya where lots of Europeans are travelling just to adore this mediterranean place and its sun.

The last but not the least, Mykonos, Greece for some gay fun, gay sun and gay adventure. A gay friendly place where its counterpart or comparable to Ibiza in Spain but the best part of Mykonos they are situated in Mountains and hills where white is the official color may it be a house, a hotel or a vacationeer sauntering the hilly streets of Mykonos.

The Art of Letting GO and Be Free!

Emotionally, I have been battered since I was a Kid. I dunno but I considered it as emotional battery because it's like my past haunted me again in this age of mine. Ever since, I have been living with my siblings - we had almost 3 rows now of fights-throwing insults and degradation.

I do not want to feel and experience that again back and forth. I am old enough to know what its like to be in that state of emotion where in you feel like you have nothing good in your family except enduring and giving them headaches. Also, in order for me to escape from this harsh reality I need to move out and escape from this turm oil. At least I have still a little respect for them and in order for that respect to remain and grow again. I need to be out from their sight(s). It is the only way I can do for myself and for them. Its actually the win-win solution that I have in mind now.

Hope this will be for the betterment and for good of everybody!

I really do not know if I'll just stick to write about travels only or either I can also vent my frustrations and anger here. But the fact that the title is "Outbursts" then probably or literally I can shout out all my moroseness here.

Actually, I decided that this blog should only be or solely for travel articles but now that I am out of subject about travel. I believe I can deviate from writing travel and just scroll what ever is on my mind. And then, perhaps if I will travel again then probably I can write back about it.

For now, I will write anything or rambling about what's up on me, my plans etc. So far, I think I have grown up the fact that I lost interest of going out or shopping for that matter and instead, just staying in the house and be chilled.

Things like that that I never imagine I can do now. Well, whatever it is but life is so far so good. I think, I just go with the flow and then what ever comes to me I will accept it and just go on! Life's adventure anyway! There is always Up's and Down.

Koh Samui's Island Tour

The tour guide really pushed me to book this tour because she said in her thai accent "It's fun and exciting lah". And that's why I did not hesitate to tell her "Ok lah".

As in the next day @ exactly 7:30 AM the reception rang me up incessantly and told me that the agent for the tour was there patiently waiting for me. Right away, I changed my clothes and directly went upstairs with out taking a shower(yekky). I thought we went straight to the place but to my surprise we still need to picked some tourists in another hotels for this tour and that is why the agent picked me up so early. Anyway, I do not mind because my group for this tour were friendly and accomodating.

First tour, we went to this village called Island safari where the elephant and monkey shows will be held. The shows were both okay its just that I am quite sad for the animals because the guides beat them up especially if they are not performing and so I just clapped and enjoy the show but the most hilarious part was when the female elephant did the thai massage to the guest performer as in she massaged him by her mouth and huge foot (really funny). And then, the next activity was the Elephant Trekking which I had so much fun because its not just an ordinary trek but a real fun adventure.

After the trek the tour guide advised us that we were going for the Buddha Temple tours. It was indeed informative as the tour guide gave us insights about the temple, etc. We hiked the 80 stairs of this Big Buddha and then we visited other temples also like happy Buddha temple and six fingers Buddha temple.

And the most exciting part of this tour was the mountain safari or jungle safari where rode a jeep up to the mountain as in road adventure. The roads were really bumpy, narrow and a bit scary for me. It was the most adventurous thing I have ever done. Anyway to continue my adventure story, we dropped by and have lunch at the peak of the mountain where there was a restaurant. The meal was a bit spicy because its a thai cuisine. And thats the time I chatted with my group. I came to know them that they were all British and they're in for honeymoon. Envy of me but that is life they were couples and I am single adventurous gayman(char). Anyway its not a big deal for them. We talked anything under the sun and all thought out the tour we became friends.

After that tiring mountain safari, we went down to that magical river garden where you can feel the mysticism of the place because of its ambiance and you are going to be amazed of the rock formations there. They were all sculpted from dwarf to fairies to enchanted monkeys etc by the owner of that forest farm. And then we headed to the living mummified monk temple-where you can really feel the love of thais for him. For they really adored him with flowers and offered him food etc. Next stop was the Namuang falls where we hiked for about 10 minutes. In this falls where I got to experienced the natural fish spa on my feet. Actually, I was just curious why the locals put their feet dip on the water and the tour guide told me its bec.of the fish and that reminds me of my KL tour last May with La Isla Bonitas. As in fish spa au naturale! because I'm with nature

I was really tired enough but then again there was another last spot to visit and that's the grand mother and father rock formations. The rock formations were really naughty indeed. And maybe that is where the inspiration of some thai sculpures came from. And then after that I was the first to dropped off in my hotel, though we're tired we still have the smiles in our face after we bid goodbyes and parted ways. The memories still fresh in my mind and that's what I cherished till now.

Elephant Trekking - Fun Fun Fun

Actually, I have nothing else to say about this adventure but fun fun fun. Elephant Trekking was actually part of the Island Tour I booked in Koh Samui. At first, I thought that the trek was only to roam around the village etc but oh Boy we went up hill. And it was really like, OMG and the guide, I mean the elephant rider assured me that its really okey and they have been doing this long time. So I just sit back and enjoy the ride, I mean the trek. Trekking up to the mountain was fun and not that nervous but when we went down, O gracious Lord it was really thrill and at the same time very nervous. Imagine, setting at the top of the elephant; I thought was not that high but when I was on the top and sit like a King - as in its kinda high like setting at the top of the cargo truck. How much more if you trek up to the mountain and so when we came down its really a thrill of a ride. I have fun but the most daring thing this elephant did was when this big jumbo tried to jump along the canal.. And it was like Huh No no and so the guide stop the elephant from doing so. Thus, I really recommend every one to try elephant trekking to the mountain.

Thus, in every places that I have been with; there is always a palace(s) to visit as part of the tour or a must to go and see.

Loving Thai Massage

My cousin Kgandahan always tells me that among the massage(s) she had either Balinese, Indian/Sri Lanka Ayuverda, Hilot etc, Thai Massage is the best among. Well, before I brushed that idea off of Ganda or simply put I did not agree with her but when I had my Thai massage OMG! I super loved it!And Ganda is righty!!!

That day after I had my swimming, I went out and look for some massage spa. Right at the corner of that pavement road in Chaweng, I spotted this clean, decent spa. As I walked in to the spa, a Thai attendant greeted me with "Sawadee ka" and with an advised from her that I should removed my sleepers and dipped my feet to that plastic bowl half full of lukewarm water. Later on she rubbed my feet and clean it. Then after, she told me to go upstairs and change my clothes which I also followed.

As I laid down on back position she started me to massage and the rest of it are all worth memories and experience. But really, Thai massage is good for our body or any massage will do but Thai massage differs from the rests. It helps you relieve your pain and stress. An Island called "Koh Samui"

Due to I was really bit pressured, demotivated, discouraged and disappointed with my work and my company, I made a suicide decision of traveling abroad by myself and get away from this maddening and exhausting world. After a tedious and hurried research, I made up my mind to go to Thailand to grab the cheap thrills/deals over there. I came to know Koh Samui - an island off the east coast of the Kra Isthmus in Thailand, close to the mainland Surat Thani town. It is Thailand's third largest island. It is rich with natural resources, white sandy beaches, coral reefs and coconut trees - through a travel blogs/etc and I was excited after reading/getting information about the island. And so right at that moment, I made a booking of my tickets and hotel and eventually ready to go.

I thought the island was just around the corner after a one hour flight from Bangkok, but it was not the way around. I still made a shuttle from the airport to the pier for a one hour trip and right at the pier another one and half hour voyage to Koh Samui. And thus, I arrived at the island around 9 PM and its not just that, you need to ride a tuktuk or van to your point of destination/area or to where your hotel is situated. A very tiring trip but worthy indeed.

A deep slept I made after arriving in my hotel(for an over nite only) and to my delight the receptionist is a Filipino and he was born and raised in the island. Very well said. Anyway, I woke up early the very next day which I hummed for a hearty breakfast but to my disappointment the island restos open only by 10 and it was still 7 am. So I decided to watch over and over their limited TV channels. And that day (to make the story short/concise/brief), I did a lot of things from having my breakfast to sauntering the streets of Chaweng, getting a thai massage and heading to the beach and went for swimming by myself. Watta Day indeed! Infact I was fascinated by watching people from all walks of life doing their tans and snorkeling. Life's a beach anyway!

By 2pm, I made a check out because my hotel which I really booked for four nights was in another town called Lamai. And after arriving in that hotel, they pampered me by offering a welcome drinks and little of both hand and foot massage. They drove me to my villa and briefed me about my not so hitech room and right after that I made some photos of my room which I really like it and then later I head down to have sunset swimming in the pool. After swimming, I went up top reception to book myself for the next day once in a lifetime adventure which was the whole day Island tour(Elephant trekking, Mountain Safari, Water Safari, Etc (I will blog this next time).

Well, Koh Samui for me is a big island which comprises a lot of towns. Just like Bali, the island has a lot to offer not just swimming around the beach and partying but also a lot of different activities to offer. They have mountain climbing/trekking, mountain/forest safari tour, monkey/animal shows, elephant trekking, etc. Each town has a lot to offer. Chaweng which the most popular and most populated has more to offer from night clubs, restos and shopping sprees. Their beach front areas are populated with hotels which are side by side. Among the towns, Chaweng has the longest stretched beach. Lamai is the next. For me I love Lamai because of its serenity, clean and rocky. Well, the whole trip was very worthy, memorable and adventure. I made friends and what better way to treasure this trip was to leave nothing but footprints, pictures and of course the memories.

Ever since I travel, Buddha or Buddhas is/are always part of my photos or shots if not all of my trips. Thus, I came up of writing an article about it but as I go search for the name Buddha in Google, Wikipedia described it all in leaps and bounds. Thus I have an excerpt below about Buddha according to Wikipedia:

The Buddha and his monks spent four months each year discussing and rehearsing his teachings, and after his death his monks set about preserving them. A council was held shortly after his death, and another was held a century later. At these councils the monks attempted to establish and authenticate the extant accounts of the life and teachings of the Buddha following systematic rules. They divided the teachings into distinct but overlapping bodies of material, and assigned specific monks to preserve each one. In some cases, essential aspects of teachings attributed to the Buddha were incorporated into stories and chants in an effort to preserve them accurately.

From then on, the teachings were transmitted orally. From internal evidence it seems clear that the oldest texts crystallized into their current form by the time of the second council or shortly after it. The scriptures were not written down until three or four hundred years after the Buddha's death. By this point, the monks had added or altered some material themselves, in particular magnifying the figure of the Buddha.

I was caught by surprise that Abudhabi has a lot of natural islands that can really compete and can compare to white beaches of Maldives, Boracay or Carribean though the fact that it is in the Middle East of course people will beg to differ or disagree but I cannot help but to blog and post the beauty of Almaya Island - a secluded, hideous island that was developed/inhabited by rich few here in short Sheikhs and now because they already overused the island then they decided to convert it as a Beach Resort for majority of people to see and experience what Al Maya has to offer.

April 16, 2010 - My BFF Sheika Mercy aka Armi invited me to watch this Old-thing-kinda concert but to my surprise the concert was not that for oldies but of mix crowd indeed. Nway, before we went there, we made some tagay for the road just to energize our bodies. And then at exactly 6:40 we hailed a taxicab to the venue and when we arrived its very quiet and the crowd were still few. Thus, we were thinking that we're early birds and upon entering the hall, atlas, we got a sure seats which were very visible and comfortable indeed(not too close and yet not so far)! perfect! and as the time passed by the concert hall was in fact getting full & full.Lucky us indeed! we've had a good seat.

Well, I thought that Tom Jones would perform by 9 or 10 PM as in late which normally every famous singers are doing/practicing like it will start with a front act and then their turn but to my surprise as in at exactly 8:30
Sir Tom Jones perform in his grandeur and powerful voice that everyone is clapping. He is on time to perform but eventually ended till 10:30 which was a 2 hour musical extravaganza of his powerful voice. Truly a total satisfaction because at the last 40 minutes, all he sung were kinda-dance rhythm's. Sex bomb sex bomb your my sex bomb....baby you really turn me on!

Luv 2 Relocate

Actually I have been thinking seriously about relocating and I have come up a lists of interesting places that If given the chance and time to move, I will do it asap. This is regardless of the salary or a conducive lifestyle but a place where traveling is so easy, or a stress free environment or where you can save for your future eventually.

1. Singapore for me is top on my list because it is so near to my home and you go anywhere in Asia if you like.

2. Maldivia- well, why not to experience the sunny side of life and enjoy. I think I need a stress free environment after my work like seeing the blue water and blue sky plus the fresh air etc.

3 .Libya- Where you can really save and Europe is so near I mean Mediterranean is just with in reach. And really u can save because of its location and the place is not developed commercially.

So far these are my options but if GOD puts to me where ever is that then I am very happy to follow & accept it whole heartedly.

My weekend was so so full of chizmiz coz my entire Friday off was just nothing but pure Chika as in SNN. And I got to know through my reliable source and friend that this Pa-men super sikat star of a Big Network is really really and willing to transfer to the other network because the loved of his life another menchu singer has just transferred to the rival network. My mole said this paminta even ask for a seven figure as in 4M monthly to one of the Bosses of the so called Other Network regardless if he has movies or ads etc just to be with his loved of his life. Ohlala but true or not this a very discreet, highly sensitive chizmiz that this big boss lady only disclosed this to her relatives but the thing is this relative is a close colleague/friend of my friend thats why the chika become a grapevine aka loop. Infact, the lady boss even commented "heller why should I need to get him, he is even cheating the entire philippine masses especially to his fans because of his ? gender and then he is that diva & demanding pa! No Way!-there is a lot of yummy real men who can level-off his stardom in due time". Hahahaha!. Hula who? well, Sister Ricky M already came out to open then probably he will do the same but I dont think so because of judgmental Philippine society, of course he will not come out from his shell but probably in due time if he will become LAOS, Myannmar!

Red Bull Air Show & the Beach

It was Friday. The Sun was so shimmering shiny and I did not think twice heading to the beach. Armed and packed with all the must-haves(tanning, book, magazine, shirt, towel, cap etc), I str8 away went to Al Sahil Beach and chilled. Actually, FYI! Abudhabi Red Bull Airshow is an annual event in the city. Its a show not-to-miss and a must to attend. The good thing of my spot in the beach is that right in front of me is the sea where the action happens. Though it was noisy, I still able to watch the show with out any ear drum damage(thanks to Singapore Airlines headset freebie). That day I ended up hanging out with Lola Lenny who's so accommodating and we ate yummy fried porky in their apartment

DraG Racing - The Fast & Furious

Last week end, The first ever Drag Racing event in the UAElandia happened. From their ads and posters itself, it looks like inviting and oh boy one of my friends who went there told me it was indeed a great event. Massive! Well, perhaps the fact that locals here luv Cars and what better way to use it for them, is to drive it nuts as in very fast and thats DRag Race is all about. Infact, as per YAS authority I quoted "This new world class sporting facility will provide the motor sport enthusiasts in the UAE and the region especially young people with an opportunity to exert their passion for drag racing within a safe and controlled environment".I really hope that they will not drag race anymore in the city streets during late night. Well! Nothing beats the scentsation of these 3 perfumes that I have now. They are all Super fab, glam and perfect eu de parfum or toilette for a single lady-boy like me hahaha. It captivates the nostril(s) of every people surrounds you ha ha ha either they have colds or not, they can smell & feel it eventually. As in super smellicious.

.1. Prada MILANO - One of my top list because the smell is so fresh! so powder & very calm and I luv the packaging. It is so Milanese or very Italian.

2. Tom Ford BLACK ORCHID - VEry elegant, Very Tom ford and Smell SEXY. As in its always the sex appeal that Tom ford is promoting.

3.D&G LE BATELEUR - The new edition of D & G perfume. The scent is very powerful and manly that every one will be caught looking at you sensing & smiling ..hmm nice!

Hahaha kabibo chi! last Night I went out with Hayds and Gagal. Well, probably because it coincides with Pacman's triumph that is why we went out but actually its not, we planned this already last Friday but to no avail and also for Heidi's convenience the fact that her off would be today thus we heeded off to our fave bar last night. But anyway, the very interesting part of the story is that after we almost done drinking our second round, OMG! as in one nouveau rich admirer or donor treat us for a nice, expensive, tipsyholic big Bottle of Champagne as in C-H-A-M-P-A-G-N-E!

If I am not mistaken the brand is something Krug or Ruther something but when we checked out the price almost 200 USD. Gracious Lord, he must be so rich that he just waste his money to some virgin, gorgeous spanish girls. To think we do not even know him but he so gentleman that when he gived it to us he just said EnJOy! Ohlalal Vonggalore! Luv it! buT We're not that greedy byatch of a champagne mollah thus, we shared it with him a glass of C telling him a big THANK u who ever u are! Well, he is not that ugly after all, but the fact that he is stranger to us then what else we can do but we just have to be gracious and thankful to him thats it! as per Gagal (hahaha) if he ask for some massage or hikap why not coconut (hahaha)! !!!Infact, he is realy muey carinoso because prior to his departure he said something like "You guys take care"!! o divehi!!so concern lala! and that holy holy night was something really to remember divah yatch? hahahah Guvah an show Gazud! as in Nguyab chi

I have been working in this island called Yas Island since late quarter of 2007 that means I am almost three years here now struggling(he he he). What's good thing about this island is its one of the natural islands of Abudhabi, second it is where the famous Formula 1 circuit located , thirdly the first ever ferrari world theme park is situated also here and fourth it's one of the world's leading tourism project by the world's travel awards.

The Island actually offers everything after it will be totally completed by 2015 from shopping with their Yas Mall, Riding for fun with Warner Bros's theme park, Playing golf with the Links Golf Course and more.

If ever I have the Top 5 lists of who amongst the Best Designers in the world, It has to be one of them - is Mr. Lee Mcqueen also known as as ALEXANDER MCQUEEN. For me, he is the most daring, fearless designer. The fact that every collections/shows he unveiled/created prior to his death were all dramatic, pure inspiration, and quite different from the rest of the monotonous designs.

I for one always believe in pure and raw talent which Mr. MCqueen proved and showed to the world that he has one. Well, given the fact that he came from a humble beginning and probably sheer determination, I believed that made him to be the best and unique in his craft.

This week I read/saw about his last collection which I am profoundly love it and shocked in disbelief that OMG his creations are like Paintings or Works of Art and that I foresee in 20 years time this will be the most expensive pieces to be auctioned at Christies(kidding aside) but probably it will! Last Night I was thrilled to watch the awards night especially the Hollywood Stars who came down just for the event. Because of some glitches with our cable, I had to fix something but unfortunately I did not able to to do it so I surrendered. Upon waiting for my brother to come home and fix it, gosh, I slept and to my disappointment, I just watched the last part of the show which was funny because I thought the trophy decorating the stage was a sculpted one but to my delight when Kevin Spacey bid goodbye and touched him - he was kicking alive I mean a human(for that 3 hours show as in he did that mimicking the trophy) Watta job. Even though the weather was not cooperating but still we have lots of fun. Its really good to be pampered in a 5 Star hotel because the amenities are world class. My Dubailandia friends arrived here in AUH @ around 3pm last friday - as usual its not what we agreed but because they are single ladies of course you will expect delay.

So after checking in, we checked the hotels amenities and of course we compared the hotel from the other hotels we stayed before. Again, its a competitive check between big brands like Sheraton, Rotana or Hilton. Well, weather we like it or not a Hotel is a hotel . Then late afternoon, we heed down to the WAKESTOCK festival - the event and the crowd was quite festive but the weather was so bad that after we went coffee, we straight ahead to go to our hotel. We actually plan that night to watch Maximo Park but sad to say it was really cold & chilling!so we just stayed in the room and enjoy every minute of it. Suddenly, we cannot stop our happy feet moving thus, we decided to went to the hotel's club called ZENITH and danced till the night away. Hahaha! so many boys so little time as in!

And the next day, we were in the mood for sunbath, swimming and cruise till we checked out. Watta week end indeed plus the sumptous lunch that Ate Jay prepared!WoW! Till next get away Bing, Bols, Mesh, Vonang and Charity!!!(Photo courtesy of Bols and Charity-shukran!)

Dubai's embattled Image

I am so sad the fact that Dubai has been put down endlessly. It so frustrating to know that Dubai has quite a lot of tragedies. From the the property crisis, to lift problem of the worlds tallest building Burj Khalifa and just to date, the Dubai Mall Aquarium leakage. OMG that aquarium is quite so high that eventually if it will leak it will be a total flood.

I just wish Dubai will eventually free from all bad issues and that the government should over see to double check and fix things that will create problem or bad publicity to them. Anyways, all wounds heal so I hope and pray Dubai will overcome all these. Inshallah!!

Life in Abu-Dhabi

For almost seven years now in this city, Life here is incomparable. Abu-dhabi for me transcends its beauty from being a quiet, sleeping city to now being touted as one of the richest city in the world and a roaring one. It has a tremendous plan of development in order to boast business, economy and tourism. The city itself is trying to follow competitive cities like Tokyo, Paris and New York which I think stands out from the rest of the world.

As per wikipedia, the City is a diverse and multicultural. And that one can easily adopt especially if his or her nationality is more dense. But what I love most of my Abu-Dhabi is its basically because of its unpopulated and what ever status of your life here either you are a CEO or a laborer you can be a neighbor because there is no especial surburb for rich not unless you are a local here. Well, my life here is so simple yet so quality. Normally, during weekdays of course its work time baby but after work, if you feel like jogging, Cornice(a long stretch park fronting the beach) is just a few blocks away. Its one way also of appreciating the government's effort of making Abu-dhabi environment green. During winter or cold period, walking is the name of the game. Well obviously because the heart of the city is so small and its like a business district that one can only walk and hop from one street to the other. Eating out also here is not that bad after all, well not unless if you have a discriminating taste or palate. For as slow as 3 USD you can eat in some fastfood stalls here(just choose either Indian,Pakistan, Filipino or Arabic) or to whatever taste you like. And aside from it, City's fun is not also to miss. There are quiet a lot of bars to choose. From discotheque, jazz to rock bar or to some English pubs. There is really plenty to enjoy! Its just a matter of how you will spend your hard earned money.

As they say Lyf's a beach and what better way to enjoy it is to have fun and relax thus last Friday, after our sumptuous lunch, I heed down to the public beach of Abu-Dhabi . Upon reaching the beach I saw what I am seeking for! hahahah sea of men all over the beach and showing their glorious bodies. Bongga but really my intention there is to breathe some fresh air plus of course the added bonus of vitamens! I got a message from a dear friend saying " she will resign today coz she got a big fat offer". And so I sigh! envy! happy for her. I dunno why oh why, to think my friend is quite okey and the last time I met her just this past few weeks, she was no plan or even an attempt to move or find a job. Lucky for her, her former flatmate called her and ask her to apply for a certain company-they are really looking for a smart savvy admin staff and voila she got the job with a 5 digits figure. Bongga!

And that I told her why U not me (joke)! You know what! I have been looking, searching, finding for that elusive job and that elusive figure. BUt sad 2 say no one even bother to offer me that thing!! and so I think, that maybe I was being Jinx or what!!!I feel bored, empty with my current work actually but atleast I still have my work (Thanx God for that)! because if I calculated it all, I think I had applied around 100 companies to date and nothings happened. Though there were few who called me but to my dismay their offering me a menial rate not even higher than what I am receiving now. LOL!. Come to think of it, do i have to exchange my job for the same rate with same work but in a different company/environment/people that I need to adjust & conform again?. Of course Not! As mader J commented no ones died in BOredom/Emptiness etc. Things would gonna be okey and soon they will come to u as what my lucky friend told me(crossing fingers)I hope ...hope ....hope not centeno(K) but cigarette(time for it)

Sigh! Every time some one died either a relative/brother/sister/or even 3rd/4th degree affinity of a Filipino staff in our company- expect that somebody(a pinay) will come to any staff and ask for any donation whatsoever! As in everytime! Well, there is really no problem with that but its just that I happened to overheard from another nationality saying that why Filipinos are doing that every now and then. Thus, I am thinking if that is a mediocre thing to do or not. After getting ideas from my friends here and from my colleagues who are non-filipinos, I came to realized that we should stop this because it is so demeaning to know that we are beggars here or something. Well, for me its okey asking to close friends or townmates esp. if they know the dead person but we are just colleagues of a company and you are tying to come to every desk asking for it and showing a pitiful face with matching blah blah blah you know! It is really frustrating and sometimes its like we have a filipino syndicate thing here that everytime there is a demise, we are doing it!

Thats why just today, one Pinoy Engineer told me that the wife of Mr So and So (a filipino) is died in the phils and that we need to do something blah blah and to my retort "that Sir, if you do not mind it is not my job to do that mediocracy thing because one thing for sure Mr. So and So they did not even bother to ask for help. I think just being there to emphatize and sympathize with him is enough but if you are willing to do that thing you can start doing the rounds to every staff here asking for every penny". I will never do that! Because one thing I never divulge except to my friends and family that something or someone is died in my family. For me its a personal thing not unless if I come to ask for help and beg. Thus, I am thinking to openly inform those Admin Staff that they should not do it unless the bereaved family or staff is asking for financial help in written or so but for sure they will debunk my idea because for them its one way to help and show(s) their support as a colleague and as a Filipino countrymen or kababayan. Well anyway whatever!

Wanted: Challenge

I will admit now, my work is really boring. I need something that is challenging or even a little bit pressure. I start my day twitting and then if something came up like pile of documents or something I just put it aside because If I do it right away, I have nothing to do for the rest of the week. So I'll make sure that until thursday which is our last day, I still have something to do and work on.

But day by day or as time goes by, I feel like things are not going smooth or I mean its getting more boring! well, probably because I do not have friends also in the work. One of my friends already left and got a better and well-paid job. Anyways, I am still trying to sort out things and even check & observe the market becoz its still some kind of down and slow because now a days, no company gives a bigger and better salary . I can wait for the right oppurtunity! And Once it will knock on my door, I'll grab it riteway!

My friend Mitchi is bugging me again to travel with her. Its because its her birthday this coming FeB! And as per our plan we decided to travel this time to Luxor, Egypt. As we agreed, Once we can book with in our budget(hotel and ticket) then go go go ever!

But as I think and rationalize about it, Its not a practical to go this time because I have a plan trip ahead this coming May- My Backpacking Asian Adventure with my Singapura Friends. Guvah an Budget!(as we express it in our lingo). Well I am hoping and crossing my fingers that she can get me much lesser than our budget. Because with that, I can meet both ends of my Travel Budget for my 1st/2nd quarter travel trips. But really, Luxor is always in my travel lists for this year because as an open museum city, U can see everything from their big statues of pharaohs to there gothic inspired columns or I mean the remnants of the past of their Gods and Goddesses is really out in the open field. It is not enclosed like any other countries. The vast of their ancient culture and civilization is wide open and every one is invited to explore and experience. 2 GO or Not 2 GO? well see come this February!

Well, well after I wrote about my churva 2009 lookbook, I just realized of coming up also of an idea of writing about what's the fashion for 2010!or A Fashion-must-haves that we need to look forward for this year's spring, summer or fall! And here's my lists now na:

Number #1 on my list(s) is - This Rayban genius-look eyeglass! The fact that I don't have anymore 90 vision, well, this must be a need not just a want 4me! Un4tunately, I've been searching it in every nook & crannys of abudhabilandia optical stores but to no avail. Hope this will come in the market soon! Probably this Feb or Mar(God Willing)!

#2.Watever brand or Any type of brand of this shoe(s) will really do and I have been looking around for this style of shoe but just a fake or PVC(as in feevaysee)I found! Must check & shop it in online! Bcuz this shoe(s) will match with my LBJ!

#3. Another shorty shorts galore- been thinking to top it off with a suit!I mean a suit jacket(see below # 5.) whacha think?

# 4. In this hot city like AuH as in Abu-dhabi.One must have these(This rayban eyewear and this hottie hat)- for protection, fashion and the likes.

# 5.For the last 5 years or so, I did not invest into something worthy cum for all season suit(s) and I think this time I like to splurge one

2010 A New Beginning

For me 2010 would be a better and creative life for me hahahaha and that as per from an Astrologer. Well, I wish and hope that this year would gonna be a good year. But anyways, 2010 for me would be a resolution for a new beginning to spend less, save more and enjoy life as it is.

For quite sometimes this has nothing been realized but I guess this time it would be materialize little by little. Because drastic action I guess will just be vanished into thin air. Starting it in a little way would be a good start for this 2010.

1. Firstly, I would like to stop using plastics ever and instead use organic or biodegradable thing. Lets say credit cards/plastic bags etc, instead use paper bags and cash which is obviously made of paper.

2. Minimize excessive partying because I am not getting any younger anymore instead more into watching movies or dining and spend more talking.

3. Enjoy life do not mind the future but of course save for the rainy days. LIfe is a serendipity sometimes you will never know that people who are conscious enough with their heath etc etc are more prone into having cancers/etc....so enjoy life do not take drugs but just enjoy.

4. And the last but not the least Work in accordance to your job description/contract and do not push yourself because sometimes nothing or you cannot reap sometimes what you sow!

Thats all and I hope we all have a better life ahead this 2010

Not that Festive Christmas

Well, probably because of recession; We did not have that merry christmas here. We just celebrate it in simple manner as in we just went to the church-thanking God for what he did to me, for the blessings he always pour/shower to us, then a small salo-salo-quite intimate as in my guests were all from Spain where we hail from, sharing all those pinoy stories and laughing out loud and then sipping wine and toasting for the best to come. For me it was intimate and indeed a celebration!

And finally, Christmas is really for KIds so what better way to celebrate it by giving gifts to them and be a santa for a while. Infact, I havent give my other gifts to my other inaanak(s) but eventually I will! Just have no time to visit them! Well, thats all and I hope we all have that prosperous and joyful New Year!!!!!!!!

It consists of "social relations involving authority or power" and refers to the regulation of a political unit" therefore, I conclude that politics is a human nature, a flaw or disease that human created in his/her society or culture.

Actually, I really dunno why some people are practicing this dirty tricks when in fact they should leave this to the politicians who are running for government offices, and in my case in Construction field or Engineering firm, Bosses are not running for congressmen or either senators but they are running/manning big millions of projects that needs completion as per target date. Well, I guess it really depends on the upbringing of the manager, if he or she was brought up by crook or corrupt parents then eventually or obviously he/she is going to be a corrupt individual!- I dunno maybe this is a lame theory or out of my delusions/outbursts that is why i got this pathetic concept.

But I pity for the Brand because my company has been a refutable one since then but sad to say with all the rumors spreading and the reality or I mean people that we work with, it is really frustrating/disappointing to know that such dirty trick or double edge word POLITICs exists.

I dunno or Maybe I'm still not getting over with him from last night but He is so so good @ performing. I love his moves and the energy plus he is very good looking. What I like most of his feature is ..he is quite cutie or boy next door looking but when his on stage OMG!! He transform into a rock artist that is not so rubbish or hard looking but fun and the sex appeal is so oozing. Well, perhaps that is my type which of course not all will agree. Because old mentality wise, Rock artist is some kind of rubbish, long hair, lots of blingbling/jewelries but not Brandon - He is so elegant and one of a kind! I just wonder why on earth I just know him. Probably, because I was so focus on R&B or Pop Music. Now, I am so much into the KILLERS!!esp to Brandon!

Christmas Wish Lists

Yuletide Season is fast approaching! and even if it is commercialize now, I still hold on to the traditional belief of having X'mas wishes. You'll never know Mr. yummy Santa will come to town and grant me these wishes.

This time, I have come up of not that much expensive but can be of an investment someday(pwede pang-sangla hehehe) or pang-resell value chiness, etc. And here they are (not in chronological order):

1.GUCCI mens bag - so fantabulous and can be wearable in/for any occasions everlili!

2.Travel to Thailand/Camnbodia/Vietnam, Egypt and the USA - As if I have that much money to spend on and do these trips but as I said you will never know, some one will treat me to come and tag-along with him...har har har

3. Longlost este Longtime Partner- I dunno where is he now but I guess and I hope that he might come this 2010 (aba nanghula ang lola--madam awring chi). He may not be the most handsome guy in this planet but and but as long as he has the heart and soul and I can relate to him! thats fine and it!!go go go char.com tuvag kgndahan! reserve your comment chi!

4. Buy a Property/Investment - I have been struggling with this but I hope this next year I can put up or top up or invest a small but income generating investment. Its either a land, farm or house and lot!

5. Helping my family and the likes - I just hope and hope that I will be strong enough or my income will still be maintained so I can help, send, delegate etc. share my wealth to my family, etc!

It's winter time and I just bought my cropped black jacket that match with my skinny jeans and for almost 3 weeks I consider this two as my fave wear on any occasion & just mixing up with any tops. Now I just realize what WEARABILITY means!!!!

-this cropped jacket cost me 30 dollars and its very wearable & if u are creative enough just top it off with scarf and ur fashionisto na!

-the jacket n the jeans are my staple this days. Just mixing up with any tops either longsleeve or long white tees, voila ur in!

Well, I am not actually a fan of him but because I am a Filipino plus we lived in the same island Mindanao and we have the same roots like we were born with out a silver spoon in our mouth - then so be it I cheer and support for Manny.

Anyway, I'm not an outspoken anti-Manny, I'm just either but regardless which sides I'm on Manny Pacquiao still Manny Pacquiao. He is on top of the world now. But I cannot really get the idea of conquering the whole wide world or grab every inch of opportunity just to get millions of money. Like for example, He is planning to join politics aside from being in showbiz - I think he has enough money to live and sustain for another 20 years if he use his money in a modest and smart way.

I hope this will not his achilles or downfall because money/glamour/prestige after all is just a skin deep but being kind/supportive and helpful is a virtue that will never fade. Well, what ever it is, I for one will still support Manny in his next fight. At the end of the day, it's the feeling of being happy, jubilant and proud as one filipino nation! Bring home the beacon again Manny!!!!

Idle. Bored. Restless. Tired

After my four days off, for this past few days I feel tired and bored working & coming to the office. I do not know but these few days I feel like just to day dream and let my imaginations explore and go beyond-to think I have lots of work to do(document filing, update of records in short all admin works). But really I feel so glum and no energy at all as if I am just a machine nodding "Yes Sir" to whoever superior ask me to do something but reality check I did not do it. I just simply made excuses or even argue to the extent.

And then I have this thinking that maybe this is not the right job for me but on the other hand, when I came to realize that I cannot find a job better than this esp this times - recession and with the rate that I got- its quite hard and impossible to get one these days.

Anyway, I guess this is just a mood swing!!! but this mood runs for about a week now and that, I am really worried because this might lead to my incompetence or to the extent that I will resign!God forbid! I dunno but I hope that I am not over reacting or making a drama per se out of my boredom or misery!!!well, well, Anyhow I try to be bubbly and energetic tomorrow by practicing to greet with big wide smile:-) "Hi Good Morning! F1 Frenzy

Having heard from my boss that we will have a 4 days off during F1 Abudhabi Grand Prix, I sighed and just can't believe it!!!So heres my journal for that 4 days off:

Day 1 off- Thursday!! Beyonce Glamour!!!I already done brainstorming what to wear for this event!!!and so I got this funky I LOVE NY shirt(from Aileeh Koh---shes d most sweetest singaporean crew I have known)-char.com:-) Anyway, moi and A-n heed down to Marina Mall to catch a bus to the island where the concert is located.....then we arrived around 6pm and walk towards the concert arena----quite a queue actually but so so excited the fact that Beyonce will be performing!!!I am so proud of the venue and the Yas Island itself because one thing for sure I work here plus people are admiring about the island and the Yas Marina Circuit! and then at the arena, I catched a sigh oh OMG! DJ Bliss(my fave local dj from radio 1) do the front act...and exactly 8pm BEYONCE came alive and starts with a bang of CRAZY IN LUV!!! she has so so much energy that people couldn't resist clamoring for more but eventually the show ended with much ardor and satisfaction!!!!until next time Sasha

DAy 2 - Timbaland @ formula 1 fan zone! me, hadz and tagal went to corniche at exactly 10:30 PM as in hurried and quite tense--- were thinking that the show already started but to our delight its not yet, not even prepared and DJ Dannyneville from Radio 1 just started playing R&B stuff prior to Timbaland's appearance. The show starts something 11:30 or so! probably to accommodate some ticket holders from Yas Island and for them to catch also the show. The concert was good enough but timbaland missed some points when he do the adlib talking. WEll its abit far fetch but the crowd did not mind as long as timbaland continue playing his hits.........Promiscous girl--u already know!....blah blah--one of timbaland's collaborated song with Nelly Furtado

Day 3- Its a chilling day!! we plan to watch Bob Marleys lving legend band-THE WAILERS! but to my dismay when we arrived it was already finished and just techno music playing around the air!!!!Sayang we missed the reggae, afro-jamaican concert

RAce Day - No one not even my flatmates can I tag along or join me to see Live via chatellite the F1 Final Race @ the yassalam corniche. So I invited myself and bring along my brisk walk and little jog to heed down to the venue and after 30 minutes of strolling down, finally I reached Corniche with pumping energy!! The venue was a bit relax and quite chilled actually. People just lying down and focus watching the action!!! I sit at the front concentrating also and after the 55 laps or just an hour and 4 minutes of watching the race is over and It's a young German sheperd-Sebastien Vettel grab the elusive winning. @ 22 he won the race and not even to the remote idea that it was a tight competition or a tight speed gap between his opponents...but really he consistently on the lead after Lewis retire due to brake failure. Anyway I am happy to hear that (my) Abu-dhabi will be the same again to host the 2010 Formula One Final Race!!!Anyways, better luck next time Lewis!!!for the mean time have moment with Nicole @ Yas!!!!Enjoy!!!Note: Pix..pix..pix to follow folks

Vacay , F1, demise at ibp!

October, watta hectic skeds i got during this month. 1st week of this month I had a wonderful catch up vacation with my american n canadian aunties aside from Lola B's 92 bday and boyets wed!! It was a worth going home indeed!!!

Then, after heeding back to Abudhabi-we got lots lots of fun here--the Mieff film fest and then f1 race with lots of activities going on!!!!But not all fun is worth dying for of course-- My aunt and maders mom-Mam Necing passed away this week and it is sad to remember being her a cancer survivor!! My prayers and heartfelt condolence to them--they are indeed very close and dear to me!

And then last saturday we had an invites to the GP2 practice race and we went there to follow and get the catch up for grabs which is to see in real and larger than life - BEYONCE! of course with out much ado i have to do what ever it takes just for the up for grabs--tension, temper on the rise during that day!!! hahahahahahah:-)

so this coming thursday, i am so so excited to watch BEYONCE--gyrating and singing out loud ALL THE SINGLE LADIES---oh oh oh oh!!!all the single ladies put ur hands up! anyways, pictures to follow..........up next hahahahaha

Turkish Bath- the way to rejuvenate your body chi!

That day was our last and final moment in Istanbul and to make this very day a memorable one, we treated ourselves to a spa as in Turkish Hamam(An old ancient practice of spa where someone will scrub, massage and bath you in a well-made steam marble platform).

As I went to the ceremony or ritual room, I have this feeling that I might be harrassed(char) or even offered for something that is very delightful! but to my dismay nothing has happened as in very professional and hygienic rituals and there is nothing stimulating of some sort!

When I entered the room I saw few Caucasian men slumbering into the marble platform doing the inhale exhale thing!!!So I was thinking hmmmm they are the one who will do the thing perfect!!!! but again to my wrong expectation heller--their one of the clients also who would like to avail the offer of a rejuvenation--Sayang thats what I told to myself(but anyway for sure the masseur or the staff are young gorgeous turkish men!!) so I followed what those customer's did(I rest myself in that round marble steam and relax or sleep)as I waited for the yummy staff to pamper/cleanse our tired/submissive bodies.

Finally, in just few minutes 5 men entered the room and speak no english as in Turkish linggo and heller their old and grumpy(another dismay)!!and they will instruct you to lie Back then front and sit---that is in order for them to scrub u rigorously! But my servant is quite friendly in a way that he will whisper me "nice scrub?" "see:-)! my vuling/livag chi" etc. So I was really giggling and laughing because of the way he is teasing me! hahahaha then after the 30 minutes scrub he will bath u and then followed by the very famous soap massage from front and back to your head, feet and hands etc.then bath u again and then sent you to the hot room for another sort of rituals! Then finally a handshake with him and advising me to go to jacuzzi room and take a shower.

Well, the experience was worth remembering. I was rejuvenated/refreshed etc thus I fall to sleep in my locker room for about 30 minutes(its a short hiatus bec. I was anticipating our next stop-Shopping chi!!!)Note-A tip is a must if u feel the ritual!!!

My Turkiye Trip

Traveling Bow!!! When I was in Turkey I found one quotation very much true to its word(s)..ha ha ha I forget the line but it explicitly said that traveling is way of life than just reading a book(even if u read between the lines) because when u travel you meet different people you interact, you learn it for real other people's culture etc but when you read -it just instill in your mind and in fact it will even fade and forget and its just a group of sentence/hyperbole etc etc and pictures chi!. So we really need to travel either by hook or by crook(as in PGMA-gloria chi!hahaha)

Anyway, so much for the intro/adlib! Well, this trip or even in my other trips- I am not this type who extensively search about the place but I rather just depend on to my friend and just go figure when I am there! So in short I delegate the job to Bol-anon(Yen yen) for some extensive/intensive research about Turkey and our itinerary as well.

Again I escape from my real world as escape from the Piles of documents, requests, emails etc etc just to see, feel and touch the Ottomans who I personally believe contributed a lot in this world. And this is one of my best trips abroad the fact that I learned a lot culturally and carnally(Beautiful Turkish men OH!lalala).

Me and Bols meet exactly the time we calculated at Dubai International Airport and straight away, we checked in our luggage. Well, with out a much a do, we arrived very safe and ahead of our arrival time in Istanbul. Booked a hotel in Sultanahmet area, and you can visit all those amazing sites below including this Blue Mosque-Ottomans grand contribution to the world's architecture chi!

Topkapi palace-OMG as n its really just behind our hostel and we really freak out when we find out its just behind our hostel-Jati ra!!!to my delight!FYI this is one of the old palace that the Sultans/Rulers/Sheikh used to live or as an official residence(s)where there is a special room for women(s). They call it Harem!!

This fashion run way as in I really conceptualize this as one--is one of the best eye candy's in Turkey esp when u start to go down in small narrow hall and finally see this cistern-as in OMG plus the ambience is cold and a lot of fish-U feel like your in old ancient theme movies! Medusa as in Versace brand is where u can see it here but in a inverted way!!! but u just really amazed how this things work when infact it was an ancient times with no construction equipment yet! This just infront of the Hagia Sofia area-u just ask and they will point their fingers on u!there chi!as in tudlo

An orthodox church way back before!! Such a magnanimous creation a high ceiling church with paintings attached to it!!really amazing!!! 15 lira to go in!!!

Legendary flea market but right now its a bit of expensive the fact that tourists are coming over there and u can never haggle anymore because they will say--its not our lose there is a lot of tourists coming over! so u better take nothing but pictures---side streets is much better to buy and haggle or deal chi!

And finally, the delight of all delights--papa tarkan i mean turkish men as in u really ohh! ahh! hayy! harrruy! etc etc I gues their one of the most beautiful men in the world plus u know!!You can never go wrong with them ohlalala!!sulit chi!! hahahah:-) Kgndahan their on there way now to you(sign the package and his all yours!) Don't share let them salivate!!!

My Turkish Visa!!!

Well, nothing much to say actually about this but its just that I am so excited to experience, feel and see the good things/places I heard about Turkey esp. Istanbul.

Last Wednesday, when I apply for the visa I find it not so difficult its just that I forgot to bring my bank statement(as in my swizz frozen account)!!!so the counter staff advised me to get one and she accepted my other docs!!!so I feel sigh that hmmm I can fly and see turkish men in all its glory chi!!!soon! so I run for an errand to HSBC to get it and when I get there--aloha!They will charged me for 50 dhs per statement and for 3 statements--I need to shell out 150 dhs same as the price for Turkish visa!!!! Well I am a jet setter in the making(char.com) but heller I will not pay for that piece of paper. So what I did I wait for my Internet banking reset and voila I just print my swiss account free of charge in my office--the hell with that HSBC milking!!!

Finally, I got hold of my statements and rush to the embassy and eventually a sight of nod from the counter tells me to prepare for my luggage and do packing chi!!yahoo!! google--Yilmaz here I come!!

Finally, We have a fiber optic internet now in the house. Very fast and to sum it up- You will always end up having no sleep every nite! Websites/Blog sites now a days are quite hip, cool and very informative- last night I came across to this site and I really love it!! There is a bit drama of the site as the title implies but it really touched me especially the content of the letters and the scintillating photos. The site actually contains of personal message cum prayer to GOD by senders across the globe who feel and believe that there is still a light at the end of the tunnel.

Its best to visit the site when you are in your reflective mood and somehow relate to what all the senders in this site trying to convey. And if you would like to participate then send your message to your personal savior be it Jesus, Allah or Buddha through DEAR GOD!It really doesn't matter anyway whatever is ur affiliation! :-) :-)Hahahahahah I dunno if this is rudeness or sarcasm but really I can't stop laughing out loud to someone or anyone who I can poke any pranks/or funny comments etc. Guys, I did not mean it but you know even I am just starting to write this piece, I cannot help laughing:-) Pardon me! but I guess oh! cry as in Okray is just a way of or for me another flipside of life! Well, with this one Bali did not disappoint me ever. With loads of yummy men shirtless and all plus those promiscuous couple cuddling, kissing and touching--Welcome to Bali Hedonism that Kuta has to offer.

After rounds of rounds of detour/criss crossed left to right etc by Bali taxi driver, finally we arrived to Legian Area where bars be it a strip or drug snorting abound. Shirtless men and drunkard guys sauntering the long street/strips of Legian area where u can hop from one to the other . Nite life is some kind of a dosage ngee i mean shock for expat like me who are used to hang out in prim and proper bars. But here anything u wear--ur totally in!!People do not care not even judge you for who and what u are!!!As long u love to have fun and enjoy then thats what matters here!!! Just be careful:-)
